Southeast Wisconsin Process is your one-stop shop for service of process in the State of Wisconsin.

Our process servers are experienced and accurate when doing their jobs.  They have many years of experience serving legal process and are very responsive and courteous.  But most importantly, they get the job done efficiently and correctly!  Why trust anyone else?

We charge competitive, flat rates.  No mileage charges, ever!  We make at least three attempts (five in Milwaukee County) but often times our servers will make more than the minimum in effort to get the paper served.  Need something served but don’t have a lot of time?  Rush service is available for any paper that we have three or less days to serve.  We specialize in RUSH service!

Our office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have a fully staffed office that is available weekdays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.  We will answer your call promptly and get you the answers you need. We pride ourselves on getting the job done correctly and are very responsive to our clients’ needs.  We are extremely conscientious of deadlines and have the resources available to locate individuals.
