Low Cost, Flat Rate Service of Process in All of Green County
Odd as it may seem, Green County is named after Nathanael Greene, a Revolutionary War hero. Exactly why the county lost the final “e” is a bit of a mystery and one we don’t know how to solve. What we do know, though, is that Green County has a beautiful courthouse, a lot of cheese makers, a famous brewery and plenty of process serving to do. With the countywide population hovering in the mid 30,000 range and an average population density of 36 per square mile, there’s a lot of driving around to do.
No matter where in Green County your papers are going, we’ll serve it for a flat rate.
From a business in downtown Monroe to a farm outside Browntown, we cover the entire county, all for the same low rate. Plus, we don’t charge differently based on the kind of papers being served. Subpoenas, garnishments, divorces, whatever you have, we’ll serve it.
We cover the entire county, including the following cities, villages and towns:
- Mount Pleasant
- New Glarus
- Spring Grove
For as small the population of Green County is, it’s surprising how many of the larger municipalities are in more than one county. Parts of Brodhead, for instance, are in Rock County. Since our service fees are based on the county where service takes place, please call ahead and confirm your papers are being served in Green County.
